What we collect

Only what is needed to run your household on Richwise:

• Account details such as your name, email, country and date of birth
• The money records you add, import or connect: accounts, balances and transactions
• Documents you choose to upload to your Vault
• Basic usage information that helps us keep the service reliable

Why we use it

To show your net worth, sort your spending, power the Crystal Ball and Level Up, answer your questions in Wiseguard, and keep your account secure. We do not use your data for anything else.

What we never do

We never sell or rent your data, never use it for advertising, and never share it with your Circle.

AI features

When you use AI features, only the data needed for that specific answer is sent, and it is not used to train outside models.

Your choices

Download or delete your data from Privacy in Settings at any time. The full privacy policy explains each right in detail.
