How it works
Members choose their bank and sign in through a secure connection partner used by thousands of financial apps. Your bank password goes directly to your bank. Richwise never sees it.
What we receive
Read-only access to balances and transactions for the accounts you select. You can bring in up to 24 months of history, so your spending patterns and trends are accurate from day one.
Whose account is it?
After connecting, name each account and say whose it is: yours, your partner's, joint, or a business. Transactions follow the owner, so every view stays accurate.
When a bank asks again
Banks sometimes ask you to sign in again for security. Richwise will let you know, and reconnecting takes a few seconds. Your saved history is never lost.
Turning it off
Remove a connection any time from Accounts. If your membership ends, connections are paused automatically and everything already saved stays in your account.
